Sports tournaments are held every year in these categories. Such as 1^stdivision cricket tournament, football league etc.

 

Achievements so far:

Rajbari district cricket team has been champions in different tournaments like under-19, under-16, inter school. Tareq Aziz, once was a representer of Bangladesh national cricket team, is from Rajbari.

Rajbari women volleyball team has won 13 championship trophies in Dhaka division between years 1988 to 2009. They have been runners up for 5 times.

Swimmers and athletes have done great in their sector too. They have won gold titles several times so far.

Rajbari district has got some great badminton players as well.

 

Playgrounds:

The main playground is Rajbari Stadium. It is located in the main town. Beside these there are many playgrounds like the railway playground, govt. college playground, vocational playground etc. There are also many local playgrounds in the subdivisions. Such as school playgrounds in Mulghor, Borat, Kola, Khankhanapur, Matipara, Boshontopur, Belgachi, Goalanda proper high school, Nazir Uddin high school, Baliakandi College, Arkandi, Bohorpur, Sonapur, Pangsha college, George High School, Kalukhali, Narua, Mrigi, Kosbamazail and many more.
