Qazi Abdul Wadud


wadud kazi abdulQuazi Abdul Wadud was a great literature in his time. He was born in Bagmara village in Pangsha subdivision in 1894. He passed ‘entrance’ from Dhaka Collegiate School in 1913. He went to India for his further degrees. He passed I.A from Kolkata Presidency College in 1915 and B.A in 1917. He completed his master’s degree in economy from Kolkata University in 1919. He mostly wrote about Islam and Prophet Hazrat Muhammad. Amongst his writings here are some major books:

‘NadiBokkho (1918)’, ‘KabiGuru (1962)’, ‘KabiGuru (1969)’, ‘Shomaj O Sahitto (1934)’, ‘Hindu Muslim Birodh (1935)’, ‘Path o BiPath (1939)’, ‘Shasshoto Bongo (1951)’ etc. He died in 19 may, 1970.
